Information Orillia is seeking an experienced, highly organized Operations Manager with a strong background in social services to lead internal operations and support the delivery of high-quality, community-based programs.
This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, proven leadership ability, and strong organizational and business management expertise. The successful candidate will focus on strengthening internal operations and delivering a “gold standard” of service across all programs.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations of social and financial service programs
· Lead, support, and supervise staff, students, and volunteers
· Ensure high-quality, client-centered service delivery
· Manage core service areas: System Navigation, Income Tax Clinic, Volunteer Management, Client Contact Management, and Information Hub
· Implement process improvements and manage multiple projects and priorities
· Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
· Represent the organization at meetings, events, and committees (limited external focus)
· Collect and analyze service data to support reporting and grant applications
· Ensure a safe, professional, and client-focused environment
· Develop onboarding and orientation processes, including de-escalation practices
· Report weekly to a designated Board representative and provide monthly operational reports

Qualifications
· Diploma or degree in Social Work, Social Services, or related field (preferred)
· Social Worker certification considered an asset
· Minimum 3 years operations management experience (preferred)
· Minimum 1 year experience in social services (required)
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities
· Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
