To build the OFIFC’s evidence-based practice area through on-going, documented integration activities. To provide an integrated and systematic approach for conceptualizing and measuring organizational performance within the OFIFC. To plan, design and implement evaluations that are aligned with OFIFC’s long-range strategic plan, ensuring adherence to USAI Evaluation Path principles and meeting the needs of Friendship Centre communities.
